But we can tell you that just Battlefield: Bad Company did, Medal of Honor will be selling the first large-amount-of-copies as the Limited Edition, all for the same price. The Limited Edition will include early access to the TOZ-194 and 870MC2 shotguns, along with exclusive access to the MP7.
Greg Goodrich, executive producer of MoH, said this:
"Access to a weapon like the MP7 will allow players to experience a tool developed with the Special Operations Community in mind," said Goodrich. "With its light weight, high rate of fire and its ability to penetrate body armor, the MP7 handles like a pistol yet allows targets to be engaged like a rifle."
So, for those who are unfit to figure this out: Medal of Honor will be the Limited Edition, for the same usual price of $60, for a good amount of time. After that good amount of time, it will become the regular edition, which will NOT include the early access to the two shotguns and the exclusive access to the MP7 pistol/rifle gun thing.
And since EA has officially pissed off 87% of the Xbox community, it's safe to say why they're not giving us Medal of Honor: Frontline, which will be only available to PlayStation 3 buyers (of the Limited Edition). So, yeah. Oh, and don't worry, we get map packs FIRST for Call of Duty, and Black Ops is gonna kick ass, as we're told. So top that EA.
Here's the trailer for the Medal of Honor Limited Edition and its perks. There's blood, 'splosions, and more.
But for the sake of the site, we're still giving out Medal of Honor beta keys. Well, we haven't actually started giving them out, yet. But we will Wednesday. For more info on your chance, go here.
