Look: April Fools Day is getting better and better. Thanks to Bungie and IGN, this goes further; with the release of a fake gametype introduced in a new Halo: Reach ViDoc, and a trailer for the "Halo Movie." Again, we love fake stuff.
It's sadly April 1st, otherwise known as "April Fools Day" in America and several, several other countries around the world. And apparently, Bungie, developer of the world-famous Halo series, released a ViDoc for their upcoming game, Halo: Reach, presenting a very serious look on a new gametype coming to the Halo series. This is chess. Followed by a <3 Bungie logo. We love you too Bungie.
Then we got a new video from IGN, presenting a "Halo Movie" trailer, which we've seen done thousands of times. And instead of real action, we got some awesome dancing, romantic scenes, more dancing, and Halo references. We love it. (If you saw the image released by Bungie on Twitter, it shows a sweet realistic looking Mark VI helmet, which was similar looking to the one that Master Chief used, that is from this trailer. We promise.) |
